One of the best I have been on must be "Borocay", known as the white beaches of Borocay, hope Ive spelt it correctly?, you will need a proper set of real sunglasses, the sand is so clean and white, it refracts all the light. Borocay is one of the small islands, (no cars allowed when I was there in 1994) of Philippines, I must admit it isn't the easiest to reach, isn't that life?, but when you get there..... it will be worth the travel and bother.
You have to travel to Manila and then get another internal flight to the nearest Island the you take a long boat over, the locals fight over your luggage and off you in a rickshaw to the nearest bar and ask where you and your budget will allow you to sleep.

Any beach that you have to yourself. The best beach is when you pull your boat up to a very small island in the Bahamas and you (and whoever you have with you) are the only ones on it. And no sees you are knows you are there. That is the best beach.
