Cook the pasta. To bad you don't have a tomatoes to dice and throw in along with your chopped onion and garlic. Chop up the Basil and add that. Add some olive oil maybe 3 Tbls. salt and pepper to taste, salt sparingly because the cheese is salty. Throw in the shredded cheese till it melts. At the very end add the tuna if you feel like it. Top the whole thing with the Parmesan and stick it under the broiler till it melt,s.

You are cooking only for yourself?
I am not sure about the angel hair, but the spaghetti you can cook in the chicken broth, using only enough liquid to fluff out the pasta. Chop a garlic clove and add it to the liquid before cooking.
Save a bit of broth for sauce, perhaps 2 ounces.
When cooked, add a teaspoonful of olive oil to the pot and stir it, to keep the noodles from sticking together.
Chop the onion and cook it in a pan, with only a small amount of olive oil. Cook only until it begins to soften. Add another chunk of garlic, chopped and let it cook for half a minute or so. Add the tuna and maybe two tablespoons of pesto (Usually it will be mostly basil, so use less initially, and you can add if you need to) and the broth, plus 2 ounces of the wine.. The tuna taste will blend fine with the chicken stock. Heat, but do not boil.
Pour the mixture over the pasta and sprinkle some parmesan on it.
Enjoy.

Here is my recipe but I am sorry I excluded the tuna because I've never tried cooking with canned tuna before, but you can always add it in the end.
NGREDIENTS
3 tbs olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup cheese
1 cub of chicken broth
1/2 cub chopped onions
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons chopped basil
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
1- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add 1 tablespoon oil. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Place pasta in a colander, and give it a quick rinse with cold water.
2- Heat remaining olive oil in a 10 inch skillet over low heat. Cook garlic and onions, stirring constantly, until the garlic is tender, about 1 minute. Do not let the onions garlic burn. CAREFULLY add, chicken broth, cheese, wine, parsley, and basil into the skillet.
3- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced by half, 8 to 12 minutes. Add the Italian seasonings, salt (if needed) and pasta and (tuna), and continue cooking until the pasta are heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Hope you like it :)

boil the angel hair in olive oil, water, and parsley. Then in a pan cook some chopped up onions with garlic, and add the albacore to that with some thyme. When that starts to cook really well add some of the wine and then hit it with some broth. Let the pasta cook for like 3-5 minutes until it's al dente. Serve the tuna/onion sauce on top of the pasta. Sprinkle it with some pasmesan cheese and garnish it with the italian seasoning.

saute your onions (chopped small) in your cooking wine with your basil and garlic. Add the tuna and pesto to the cooked pasta (either one would be good) and the onions. Place in a oven proof baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan and shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese melts and browns. Eat with some garlic bread or tossed salad (or caesar salad)
Yummm...I think that is what I may have for dinner!
You could also do it without the tuna and I think it would still be delish!

Boil the angel hair until al dente, dress the pasta with a dash of olive oil and garlic. Heat up the tuna in the microwave and season with italian seasoning and toss everything with the parmesan cheese. Viola!

Keep sauces light when using angel hair pasta. If you have fresh tomatoes or canned chopped/diced tomatoes, saute some finely chopped onion and garlic, add the tomatoes and some fresh herbs (parsley, basil and/or thyme are all good), simmer the sauce for about 10-15 minutes and serve over the pasta with or with out grated cheese. You can also add chopped seafood to the red sauce. Pesto would also be good with angel hair pasta.

you can use the angel and spread the pesto over it and melt the Parmesan cheese. If you don't want you pasta to stick you should use 1tbsp of olive oil, it doesn't taste nasty. You should also put some garlic in the dish.

Back when I couldn't afford to buy a jar of spaghetti sauce. I'd just cook my noodles and put a glob of butter in it. Stir until it's melted in the noodles. Then sprinkle parmesan all over it. It's a tasty treat for the poor man.
