Just looking for different recipes to make with stewing beef. I usually make stew with it, but I figured there has to be something different out there to try. Any ideas?

My mom makes this meat with a couple tbsp vinegar, garlic, salt, cumin, onion, salt, pepper. She boils the meat in a pot for soft taco's. It's awesome!

Before making a stew with my stewing beef I always boil it with one chopped onion for two hours. Then I make my stew adding small whole potatoes carrots and green beans. In south Louisiana we call it A mulligan stew. Serve over rice.
