Flagyl (metronidazole). Probably the most common. But there are so many others including all the anti-malarial drugs. Albon (sulfadimethoxine), too.

There are anti-protozoan drugs, the ones mentioned above are examples, but no antibiotic will kill anything except bacteria, and protozoans are not bacteria.
