Are they neutered? If not, get them neutered ASAP.
To help them get along, you should try separating them for a while & then reintroducing them. This page explains how:

I also suggest getting a Feliway Comfort Zone plug-in diffuser - you can get them at a pet store, from your vet, or online:

It can really make a difference for some cats - I have one cat who doesn't get along well with the others, and using a diffuser stops the bickering. But in your case, I would do both the separation and the comfort zone diffuser, to give them a chance to calm down - if they're fighting and spraying, they're seriously upset and need some time apart.

Female cats often have difficulty with each other. Much moreso than two males, or a male and female.
To stop this kind of behavior, you should have introduced them to each other slowly. But since it's too late for that . . . I've linked some websites that may help.

And, if they're not already, get them both spayed.
Also, there is a product called Fel-away. It's a plug in aroma therapy thing that is supposed to calm cats and reduce aggressive behavior.

if you ever see them fighting then pick them up by the extra fur on their neck (dont worry it wont hurt the cats their moms do it to them all the time to transport them) and tell them no. or you could scare them away from each other or you could give them both a bop on their head or butt area. it could be that they are deciding who rules the house. for the marking problem you could get them fixed but if you dont want to do that then im sure there is something you can use. just ask your vet about it.

We had a blended family which included two grown cats. After much fur flying the cats finally separated themselves. One took over the back yard the other the front and pretty much the same in the house.

It's very simple: the cats must fight or show aggression until one establishes dominance over the other. Once the pecking order is established, both cats will get along fine.
Let them work it out; it won't be long.
