ngredients;
4 oz Self Raising Flour
2 oz castor sugar
2 oz margarine
1 egg
1/2 teacup milk
1 lb cooking apples
Set oven to 350F/180C/gas mark 4.
Grease a pie dish. Stew apples for a short time only... don't let them 'mash'.
Cream the margarine and sugar together, beat in the egg, stir in the flour and mix to a batter with the milk.
Put a layer of batter into the pie dish, cover with the semi-stewed apples and pour over the rest of the batter.
Bake until golden brown for 30 minutes or so.

In the event it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
