It was Moses...He went up at Mount Sinai to receive the Tablets,where it was written the 10 commandments of God.When Moses came down from Mt Sinai with the two tablets of the Testimony in his hands,he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken to the Lord.
When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses ,his face was radiant and they were afraid to come near him.

It was Moses. When Moses had come down from Mount Sinai after speaking with God and receiving the Ten Commandments, his face was shining.

it was moses when he came down from the mountain with the ten commandments. i heard that origanlly there were 15 commandments but he dropped 1 of the tablets on the way down.5 were gone 4-ever. good thing. the other ten are enough for me.
