Your best sources of info is the nursing home. At one time, i had to put my mom into a nursing home for awhile. The administer was a very young woman, but she sure knew all about Medicare and how the government works. I suggest making an appointment with that person. Write down as many questions as you can think of. If this is a reputable nursing home, and I'm sure you have considered that, that nursing home will work with you. Good luck. I fully understand the stress you are going through right now. Wish I could be there with you to talk to those people.
