Her boyfriend does not treat her right. Always verbally and mentally abusing her. Until recently, she was blind to everything he did to her. Damn, he even cheated on her, yet she took him back and currently looking for a place to live with him. Someone please help me.

First of all be honest and open with her. A lot of women in her position do not want to "see" the truth; for some reason we're attracted to the "rebel". Tell her how it is from a guy's perspective and find out if there is any possibility that she see's you in a "different" light too. Try to convince her to wait on move. This is just a way for him to control her and shut her up at the same time.

Are you friends with her? Maybe you could spend some time with her and tell her how you feel. BUT, she does have a boyfriend so be careful. I don't think you should cross the line but make her aware that she can be treated right. I don't think there's a whole lot you can do, but try your best.

ok she has no intrest in you but it is sweet how u want to help. im afraid theres nothing much you can do. if she needs help be there for her and let her know she can always run to if she needs someone.
