No, you are far too young to be saying 'I love you' to ANYONE who is not already 'related' to you. But if he said 'I like you' in a note or verbally to you, then it would be good if you could say 'I like you, too' back in the same way. Give it time ... when you like someone, that is only the 'first step' and getting from 'I like you' to 'I love you' takes time and effort ... and its when you both say and hear that 'last' I love you to/from the person you are going to spend the rest of your life with, that you'll finally understand why I am telling you 'not to say it' now.

Umm, I don't suggest right away. Love grows, and if he only likes you - he might get freaked out and back away. So, not right away - definately not. But throughout time, and you feel the love - sure! Hope that helped :)

no because u r not in love yet and u sound too young to be. know what love is before u go and say i love you. don't say it if u r not sure even what it is or if u dont mean it.

no!!!!!!!if he says he loves you then you can say it back but not just cuz he says he likes ya.
