SAY I LOVE YOU IF YOU'VE JUST FIGURED OUT HE LIKES YOU?! No way. That is a TERRIBLE idea. If you wanna tell him you like him fine, but don't tell him that you love him until you've been dating for AT LEAST 5 months.

if you both really love each other. sometimes in relationships it takes awhile before you can say I LOVE YOU. you cannot love a person right away w/o knowing who they really are. Maybe you can say I really like you too or i would want to get to know you more on a note......sometimes people say I LOVE you too fast without knowing that there's any meaning to it

if a boy likes you and you like him back thats great but don't tell him you love him right off the bat.. number one you could scare him away and number to that makes you seem like you want him to be around 24/7

NO!!! I love you isn't something you say just to say it. It is suppose to be said when you really care and love that person. When you know that they are so special and they mean a lot to you. Just let him know you like him too.

If a boy likes you, I think it's appropriate to end a note with "Luv" instead of "Love".
You could also end it, "All my best", or "With love from,
