Tianna. There are a few ways to pronounce Kayana (hard or soft K, long or short ay). Tianna is simpler.

I like both of those names for their uniqueness. At least you have it narrowed down to two names. When my baby was born, we went to the hospital w/ a list of about 10 names. Our daughter didn't have a name for the first couple of hours of her life. We final narrowed it down to Zoel and Amira. Can you guess what we chose. One determining factor was the initials. We figured that with a first name beginning with Z and a last name beginning with W, she would always be picked last. With her middle name, what initials would be best? With out knowing that, I pick Kayana.
