OOOO! i got a good one. Ok, at Bon-ton they have these really cool massagers! U could be holding ur infant and put the massager behind ur back. Or u could get an electric foot massager thingy. Also, lotions with a great smell can help relax u. I think vanilla is the one that does it! Good luck

Bless your heart! I have a 10 mo. old that is breastfed, and a 3.5 year old. I am also a stay at home mom. When nap time rolls around, I usually read things on the internet, I read, I may knit something, or i take a nice, long shower. ;)

I also sometimes do my nails, which is nice, and I like to bake things, too. Then again, some days I am lucky to get time to make a cup of coffee. I am sure you understand. There is a running joke in the house about Mommy's cold coffee sitting around. I never have time to finish it! Lol.

:) I understand!

Just an hour or two away from the house will do you wonders! Have your husband watch the kids for an hour or two on the weekends so you can get away. Or have him occupy them and take a long bubblebath, go in your room and read or whatever you enjoy doing.

when I was a stay at home mom . . once a week my hubby would come home for lunch and let me take a bubble bath while he watched the boys, if your breastfeeding then having your hubby give you a breast massage is really nice too I always thought it was a luxury to have my man touching me there.

I go to the gym every day for a little ME time. Luckily my gym offers a daycare that is free to all members. I get about 1 1/2 hours to myself every day. I love it.
