I used to take biotin pills and hair vitamins to help my hair grow and I didn't see any result until at least a month after I started taking them but how fast hair grows I believe varies for different people when taking biotin. In addition to the pills though, there are other things you can do to help your hair to grow. I suggest massaging your head off and on during the day or scratching the scalp before you wash your hair so you can circulate blood flow to the scalp. Also, use a shampoo and conditioner that promote hair growth. For example, I use Mane N' Tail since July '06 and my hair has doubled its length or more since then. Keeping a good diet doesn't hurt too. Hope I helped!

You should use the shampoo Belong it works great and grows ur hair supper fast

You will see the same results as if you had not taken the pills at all!! Nothing can help your hair grow. It grows at its own pace and nothing can speed that up.
