ok im 15 an dhave been training consisnitly for about 5 months and ive noticed that when i flex and look at with my biceps facing outwards my right is bigger, but when i do it showing the inside my left is bigger than right, why?

Generally, there is a little difference between both the arms but as your question suggests there is a bigger difference, do bicep exercise with the smaller arm until both are equal. it will work as there was a case in my gym that a man had big difference in chest. it really worked for him.

my left bi is 17 inches and my right 16.5. About the same difference in the calves as well. Not much you can do about it.
