i eat 1400 - 1500 calories a day , and excerise and burn 800 .
i see results on the scale(i lost 1.5lbs) but i don't see results in my physical appearence, i have been olny doing this for 4 days so far , so how long before i start seeing results?

6-8 weeks stick to it

It can take some time. I went from 235lbs to 188lbs in 9 weeks working out 3 hours a day (2 hours cardio and 1 hour weights). I recall vividly in my journal expressing how I gained weight 3 weeks into the program.

well,after you loose 5 kg,( two weeks), if you are not very obese, but remember if you are doing exercise you not only loose weight but also gain muscles, so after time you will look better but not loose on scale, take care
