The average height for a woman in 5'4. All that matters is that you like your height and are happy with it. I'm 5'1 and like being short and because it just adds to my uniqueness. From a guys point of view I'm sure they would much rather you be shorter than taller since you wouldn't want to be too tall.

Height is only important when evaluating the amount of body fat. Otherwise it is irrelevant. So you don't need to go out and get bone implants to make you a 1/4" taller.
