Hawai'i Creole English (HCE) is usually called "Pidgin" in Hawai'i. It has a rich linguistic history based on the need for a common language among a diverse group of people who spoke different languages.

"Eh no ack" is HCE/Pidgin for: Hey, don't act up/be a jerk/make an a$$ of yourself...

no act
(no ack)

Definition: quit acting up
Used In A Sentence: Joonyah, no act before I slap you!
In English?: My dear son, please stop acting up before I tell your father.!

EH NOACK is Hawaiian Pigeon Slang, meaning "Hey Don't Act" , and the arrow pointing to you means " You Acting" for example:
Say you tell everyone a car hit you from the rearend, and you can't move your neck, but in reality you only acted like you were hurt the Hawaiian's will tell you EH NO ACK....LOL

That's a phrase in "pidgin", which is sort of the local slang.

Eh = hey
No ack = stop showing off, bragging, acting like you're hot stuff

See extreme-hawaii.com for a pidgin lesson.

It means "I took a wonderful trip to Hawaii and all I got was this lousy T-shirt from a local street vendor that gouged me for the money I was going to use to pay for a nice dinner at the Tiki-Tiki lounge next Saturday night."
