This guy that i like is very special to me. We have been good friends sence the 5th grade and he is going out with this ugly girl that has purple hair. They don't even look like they are going out. They dont talk at school only after. But im really jealous because this year he is treating me like a different person than last year. Can you help and give me advice what to do in this situation.

ooooooooooo this is a tough one. beauty is in the eye of the beholder. to you she is ugly but what matters is her heart maybe your friend sees that beautiful heart and sees that you are really selfish and shallow. jealousy is common but not good. he treats you differently because he might know about your feelings and is distant to prevent problems with you or his girlfriend. just talk with your friend and tell him what you feel because if you dont tell him things will always be awkward but if you tell him he could see that you worry about your friendship. in my casa that is very important if i would have a friend like me. if she tells me the truth is easier to treat her the right way. just think about this. imagine your friend hugging you often, playing with you often as friends and he doesnt see your feelings but his gf does, what would happen in his relationship with his gf???????? there will be fights of jealousy. would you want to be responsible for breaking up a couple???? it doesnt make you look good. so i would think that the appropiate thing to do would be to talk with him and tell him what you feel. good luck and wish for the best.

Slowly work your way back into the friendship Talk about the relationship seem like you care, (but use to your advantage) But dont push to far with it , furthermore this girl is will slip up and you'll be right to pick up the pieces for him.

Sure - find someone else. He made his choice and is making it clear to you that he does not want you to step in and mess things up.
