Nose bleeds occur for different reasons. Sometimes it's a sinus problem, sometimes the dry air in the room causes your noses to bleed, sometomes blowing your nose too hard. Also high blood pressure could cause a nose bleed.

Lots of reasons. Punch to the nose, nose rubbing, cold, drug use, self-harm with a finger up the nose???
