Not for testing, but just everyday cardio, what is the pace? I'm not a very strong runner, but I've improved a lot and run about a 12.5 minute mile, and I'm still improving. I'm just curious about what I should expect. Thanks for all the advice.

12.5 will do fine. Keep improving, though. I would definitely work on pushups. Be able to do 40-50 at a time. Expect not to sleep much. Good luck.

We had to double-time every where. It's more of a jog. No biggie.
