I have a 5 and 6 year old they won't sleep in their own room, the say there are scared their room is attached to mine. How do I get them to sleep in their own room?

That should have never started, but too late now.

If they sleep in the same room, go in with them at bedtime and sit with them until the fall asleep, then go to bed. Hopefully, they will get used to there own beds and leave you alone at night.

wow why did you wait so long to take care of this. I think you should give them your room and you move to their room. Seriously I just find it difficult to hear questions like this I have 5 kids and they are all in their own room and have been since birth. It is a bad habbit to break so I never started it, Good luck.
