So this will sound crazy but it works, I keep a full length mirror in my exercise room so I can look at my fat *** when I work out it's not very pretty so it keeps me motivated I also have an unflattering pic of myself on the refrigerator. Mirrors in the bathroom help also naked fat is repulsive makes one lose their appetite. This next tip is courtesy of my ex he says to eat all meals naked in front of a full length mirror haven't tried it but can imagine it works. Be sure to drink lot's of water and exercise regularly try lower fat versions of your favorites and treat yourself occasionally you will never stick to a diet if you continuosly deprive yourself Good Luck!

Hope your adding some physical activity into this diet equation cause just cutting back on the chow isn't going to cut it. One doesn't have to run marathons to boost your metabolism, just raise your heart rate for a period of time, walking, biking, treadmill. And remember, if you fail today, start over tomorrow, don't give up, don't set your bar to high either. Make some short term goals that are realistic. If you take off 1/2 pound a week, that adds up fast. Dieting is usually something that becomes part of your life so a 2 week boot camp session won't be the answer. Good luck

Dear instead of trying to follow a diet---think about changing your life instead. And the best way to do that is little by little!
Follow helpful steps, start with small goals and soon the small steps and goals will merge into the bigger plan

Exercising helps curb your appetite.

Also, don't buy chocolate or sweets when you do your grocery shopping. Shop healthy and you'll be forced to eat healthy (this may be tough if you have children in the household. I know they have to have their sweets).

devotion, concentration, and truth.
you've set a goal so stick to it. Stay focused on your goal, and the achievements, and don't lie to yourself about junk/fast food. Believe in yourself and you can achieve anything

one way to stay on your diet is to not buy junk food and not to think about it and to keep on exercising.
