actually the square root is not that it is this: √3/8=√3/√8=√3/√2 *4=2√3/2

NO. you have to simplify the squareroot.
squareroot(24) = 2squareroot(6)
Then you can reduce the fraction

No; you can't have a fraction under the radical. At least, I think that's the rule.
