There's not really much you can do.

However, it really shouldn't hurt, if done correctly and in a position comfortable for you.

One of my ex's was really into it and I decided to give it a try. And at first, it hurt like h.ell and so he stopped. Put on even more lube, tried a diff position, and it didn't hurt, at all. It felt weird, yes, but it didn't hurt me at all. So it really depends on the position. Next time, make sure your bf has on lots of lube, and tell him to stop if it hurts and try diff positions until you find one that doesn't hurt you. And a key thing to do is RELAX, it's hard to do at first, and I had to take deep breaths and kept myself as relaxed as possible.

Hunny, I've been there before and my fiance thinks it's hot...IT'S NOT! I mean I did it for him but I agree with you, it hurts. It stops hurting after two days or so and if you were to do it again, it doesn't hurt NEARLY as bad. I know that's a weird question to ask but I'm not gonna dis ya on it, just take some Advil and bare the pain, it gets better.

-Was your guy gentle with you? If not, then you might want to kick his azz, i know i would.
-Did you use lube? The next time, try to use alot of lube b/c it helps ease the friction & passage.
-Take advil or tylenol for pain, try a topical cream like the other answers say, & to make it better for the next time...keep doing it & get used to it.
Hope this helps...

Believe it or not, Preparation H, although not designed for that purpose, does relieve the pain, itching, and discomfort. Next time use more foreplay, be more gentle and use proper lubrication. Long live sodomy!!!

You guys must have done it wrong. Try some topical anesthetic. Even anbasol will numb it up. Be more careful next time!
