how can i face him and should i still call him family?
shouild i worry about my sister? she's 13.
how long has this thing been going on, i am so confused?
he was al;ways nice and sweet with ladies that is why they all swooned over him and his charming ways, now what?

How old are you both? If you are underage leave the DVD where you mom can find them and let them make this adult decision.

Are you talking about molestation? If so, CALL THE COPS and put his a$$ in jail. I don't mind men killing men, it's human nature; however, when a grown man take advantage of a defenseless human being or even animal, such a person should be punished. Don't worry about your family hating you, if they do hate you for protecting a defenseless human being, they too play a part in the molestation. The little girl will grow up hating herself and will engage in self destructive behavior. Call the COPS and do what is right.
Now if it's not molestation, then hey... let it be. If your brother is smart enough to get away from the police without being caught then good for him. Without crooks, there would be no need for police. Criminals do have jobs, the job is called crime. No matter how you look at it, it's still a form of work.

Ha! You fool. Like the authorities give a damm about you and yours. They just like to score. Does your brother need help getting rid of a body? Did your sister do the crime and your brother is helping her? Are you a jerk? Are you jealous? Never. ever, under any conditions, turn over blood family over to the gestopo because they say it's some kind of crime. You need your brother's *** kicked, do it yourself. Is it a sex crime, get real, you don't need your family embarrassed in public by your brother's weirdness. if he's so bad, you should go join the service and leave the area. You tell me, have you ever, ever, had contact with the Authorities after the age of 3 that resulted in any good whatsoever? Help your brother clean up the problem, then bust his chops for being stupid in public. Take control. Explain to him you concerns with his behavior while you stand on his neck. Make a point of being an a**hole about it. It's family buisness, no outsiders allowed. Don't kill him. Don't let one of your female members be held up in public as a sex fiend of some kind. People will slice you guys up like steak. Good luck.

If he is breaking the law the he should be told on. If you're underage tell someone you can trust. If you are over 18 then take the tape to the police. He is endangering everyone he loves. Also if you know and don't turn him in you could be charged with being an accessory to the crime. Be strong and do the right thing.

Not knowing how old you both are, I would say that you should either tell your parents or make sure that they find the DVD.
Also, you could try and confront your brother, but there can be some downsides with that. Also i don't know how serious the crime was, so maybe it would be best to make sure your parents find that DVD, no one have to know it was you putting it there.

If he has been in and out of prison for rape than yeah... Tell who ever it is that you want to tell... If you guys are like fourteen or something and he just goes through a lot of girls and your afraid your sister will be influenced by his behavior than it's so not the drama to worry about
