New Orleans, Bella Luna.

It's in the quarter, sort of tucked away on the riverfront behind Cafe du Monde on the second floor.

I like a restaurant with lots of atmosphere, tableclothes, flowers, candles, good service and good food!

It overlooks the Mississippi, and at night is gorgeous to sit by the windows.

Mary Elaine's at the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. It's American French cuisine. There is no detail left unattended. My purse even got its own step stool to rest upon at my feet. The food is great. And from the windows all around the front of the restaurant, you can watch the sun set on the Arizona desert. It was an amazing experience I will always treasure. Too bad I was with clients and not a lover!

1. Maze's in the UK- good luck, the last time I went there, the waiting list was 6 months and that is if you know someone. (Was rated #1 in the country)

2. Fountain Restaurant (used to be Le Cezanne), San Jose, CA Fairmont Hotel. Very nice. Very expensive if you want it to bee with $900+ bottle (1) of wine.
