As a general rule, you should not install more than one antivirus program. What will happen is each will detect the other and flag it as spyware or other malicious file. There is an exception to this rule. You can install 2 antivirus programs if only one of them offers real time protection while the other is only an on demand antivirus. For example, I use Antivir as my primary antivirus program; however, I also have the free version of Bitdefender antivirus installed as well. However, the free version of Bitdefender does not offer real time protection; instead, I have to run a scan manually. ClamWin is another free antivirus program that only allows manual scans without any real time protection.

no. not a good idea to do it. one good anti-virus program that 's all it takes

no, i would not reccomend it. they might get in fights and make your computer run slow
