I know for a fact that this person is here illegally. I believe him to be a dangerous person. He has a long history with drugs and alcohol and he carries weapons on him at all times.

Call the police non-emergency number. If they don't handle it, they can probably direct you to who can.

Wow, you want to call someone because you believe he's illegal? the fact that he carries weapons and is on drugs is not the big issue to you, hmmm......Call the police &^^%$#, because he is on drugs and dangerous. Why would you even have to ask?
Let me see, there's a person that is doped up, drunk, and armed, should I call the cops? oh, wait he looks ethnic, is he illegal? yes he is!! I am calling the cops!!!!

first off.. is he really dangerous..or is it because he's hispanic.... leave him alone and mind your own business.
