I reenlisted to change my MOS to 15 T as an E4 (not promotable). I had no idea that going to the E5 board would hinder me from going to AIT for 15 T. Now I am E4 promotable and now I dont meet the prerequisites. I dont know how to obtain a waiver so I can enter AIT as a E4 promotable.

Each battalion has a requisite number of waivers for each promotion cycle. It is up to your battalion commander and company commander to decide how they are used. Go see your reenlistment NCO and have him coordinate with the personnel admin center for the proper documentation. The reenlistment NCO should feel obligated to assist you since he reenlisted you without checking to make sure you would meet the requirements.
Also, your current MOS must have a cut off score already for E5.
Check to see how far off you are. For example, if your 11B and the cut off is 850 and your score was 750 you aren't going to get promoted anyway. They should let you go. There's a way around everything in the Army. If none of those guys will help you, make friends with another enlisted guy working at the PAC, buy him a twelver and have him or her find a loop hole.

talk to reenlistment. Chances are more than likely you'll have to sign some documentation with PAC rescinding your Promotable status.
