Of course. All occupying armies engage in some sort of sexual relationship with townspeople. That has been through the entire history of mankind, women are considered as part of the plunder armies take. I know for a fact that they are...one female soldier pulled a train and was kicked out of the army on mental health grounds...we have thousands of American civilians in Iraq both who are civil service and civilian contractors
