Not about nationality, but sure about handsomeness! That doesn't mean they'll only go out with you if you're cute;; it just means you can't be ugly--and very, very few people are.
She likes you if she makes an attempt to talk to you, smiles at you, laughs at all your jokes (even if they aren't funny) and sometimes you catch her looking.
But you never know. Sometimes they're too shy to do anything at all and you have to make the first move.

I would say handsomeness. But, nationality has kinda stuff to do with it too. but more handsomeness.
well she flirts with you, she all of a sudden spends more time with you, she always stares at you, if she is shy she will look away. she somehow seems to be everywhere you are....she twirls/plays with her hair when she is sitting beside you..
