Eat healthy, and try as much as you can to stay away from any salty foods or foods with sodium. This isn't a permanent solution, but it will help you lose water weight and fit into a dress half a size smaller for a day. :)

Eat a healthy diet and excersize everyday.
DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.
Salads can be really good, they don't have to be boring. If i were you I would look up some good salad recipes.
