IF YOU ASK ME....THE 48 HR MIRACLE DIET WILL DO IT QUICK. I KNOW I TRIED IT AND LOST 10 POUNDS IN 2 DAYS. YUP....2 DAYS!IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TAKE ANYTHING OR DO THAT THEN YOU WOULD HAVE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND AT LEAST RUN FOR 30 MINUTES AND EAT LIKE A CHILD WOULD....NOT VERY MUCH HUH? LOL

Eat healthy, and try as much as you can to stay away from any salty foods or foods with sodium. This isn't a permanent solution, but it will help you lose water weight and fit into a dress half a size smaller for a day. :)

Eat a healthy diet and excersize everyday.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF.

Salads can be really good, they don't have to be boring. If i were you I would look up some good salad recipes.
