Yes. Men are often very scared or shy, women often don't realise this. Take it slowly at first, talk to him in the street, or meet by accident (on purpose) at his house. Then if he likes you he will chat back. He probably does. Go on, be brave for once!!

Depends... How do you feel and how does he feel? I f you can honestly answer these, you might be able to suss it out. Move too fast... he legs it. Move too slow...Another woman legs it with him! Find out from him his feelings, talk to him in general conversation first, find your common grounds and work form there!
