My apologies. I entered into this question with the express purpose of offering some quality advice but upon reflection it would seem that my advice in this matter may perhaps lack the full quality I had hoped to offer.
After careful consideration I have determined that my interpretation of her desire to know how I feel about her would be decidedly negative.
I likely would appreciate, respect and hold in far higher regard a desire on her part to know what I think about her.
The word "feel" suggests that she places more importance on emotions than reason.
I hold in higher esteem a girl who uses her head first.

While I understand this is most definitely not the sort of advice or answer you had expected to receive I trust that it offers something to consider.

Not always. She may just be wanting reassurance that she's got a good friend in you. Or she wants to feel better about herself and needs to know that someone is attracted to her. Never jump to conclusions about a girls motives. WE'RE SNEAKY CREATURES.

Yeah, she probably likes you, and is wondering if you might feel the same.
