I have problem with my long hair that shifted and sometimes pulled when I change my position in sleeping. My head skin feel a bit sore in the morning cause of these pullings.

do you have any suggestion of what kind of bandana/band/ comfortable protection that keep my hair united hence reduce small portion pullings?

Thanks

ok this sounds silly but I had to do this when I had long hair I used to flip my head and comb it all to the top and put a scrunchy in then braid that and fold the braid and tuck the end into the scrunchy looks funny but works well

"well I see I'm not the only one that looks funny while sleeping"

I use herbal essences. For me, it seems to depend on how long I let the conditioner soak. If it soaks longer, say for about two minutes, the scent lasts longer. Also, if you use a lot of heat when you blow dry or use irons it tends to take the scent away, and other products such as hairspray can cover it up. Sometimes I spray a little perfume into the air and toss my hair through it. Hope this helps!

well what you do is put it in a bonnet it is like a satan shower cap so you bent over and pin the ends of your hair up and throw the bonnet on so if it slips of your hair is pinned and wont mess up putting it in a pony tail is not a good idea because it will make a bend and that isn't cute so that way you wont have marks on your four head from a scarf and no bends from a scrunchy

I put my hair in a pony tail at the very top of my head about 3 inches from my hairline and use a wrapped hair band. Or i put it in a bun in the same place and use the same pony tail holder. It will give me soft curls the next morning.

they use to make a sleeping cap. I remember wearing one when I was a child. You could try putting it under a shower cap if it will fit.

A silk sleeping cap. If it is long, put a braid in it then put it in the cap.

when you use a ponytail when you are sleeping it will leave a weird mark in your hair. you should do a french braid in order to fix your problem. DON'T use a ponytail it will hurt when you sleep on it and it will leave a weird mark.

just use a scarf, or a bandana, then maybe a scrunchie at the end (for a loose pony-tail)....
