Find out what his favorite food or candy is. Then find a way to give some to him, with a note that has your name and number and a cute message on it inside or on it somewhere.
With my boyfriend, I found out that every day for lunch, he would bring a bag of popcorn and pop it in the student lounge. So I got one of those Tub-O-Butter popcorn things and put a note asking him to call me (with my name and number) on the bottom of the carton. I made sure that I wrote on the top that he had to finish the whole thing for a surprise. He loved it and we've been together for a year now.

Well you want to know him first and make sure he notices you. Then, think about if he make you feel complete. Note: Don't make a fool out of your self.
