They can ask, you can say yes or no.
Their insurance company may require all sorts of testing before providing you with insurance, though. If so, you can accept or reject their company insurance.

Yes they can if provided in a contract being signed by you. The reason is, if a person did have HIV and that person worked around or with food products with open cuts on their hands or arms, or if that person bit and tore the finger nails to the quick, that is considered an open cut, and their could be other Health issues.

They can ask all they want, but legally you do not have to do so. Even if you did, you would not have to tell the results. This has been established by the Supreme Court.
