Nope! I asked my boyfriend out. I just couldn't wait around for him to ask me. Ok lookit...this is the 21 century, girls are allowed to do things they couldn't before. True, It's more romantic if they guy asks you out, but it can't always happen that way. My boyfriend was shy so I had to ask him b4 I lost my chance.

i don't think it is. This is why. So last year i liked this guy, and by the end of the year, he knew that i liked him. This year, we are friends and he said "why didin't you ask me out last year?" and i said " girls just don't ask guys out!" and he said "get real, its the 21th centuary".
I think that its okay and if you like someone and you want to take a great chance and ask him, he will like it!

Times are changing. Take charge of your life and live a bit. Ask that guy out! Most importantly, don't take it personally if he says no.
