On Tuesday, I went speed dating. Happily, the 2 guys I picked also picked me, apparently, which means we were emailed each other's contact info. Now, if I don't hear from them within a few days should I assume (A) they are just being 'swingers' and playing it cool before calling, or that (B) I am not their first choice and they first attempted to get weekend dates with some of the other girls? Since we were notified that the interest was mutual, it seems stupid for the guys to play it cool before calling, no? Or would that make them want to wait even more? On the other hand, aren't they worried I'll get snapped up by one of the other guys and my Friday and Saturday nights will be full? I know this sounds neurotic but please help if you can.

Don't be too quick to assume either. They may just be shy guys that are trying to pluck up enough courage to drop you a line. you may try email, with a quick hi, how are you note. Don't ask about a date or whats been taking too long, if they are shy they will be scared off.
You may just want to ask them this exact question. Chances are they are just as unsure as you to what comes next.
