Interesting... considering that Blackwater USA was founded in 1997 in the midst of the CLINTON Presidency...

Now HOW is it it bad for the taxpayers ?? It is employed in tasks that the military can no longer support because of the force reductions enacted BY Congress...

Blackwater USA was employed to assist the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts on the Gulf Coast. According to a company press release, it provided airlift services, security services, humanitarian support services, and logistics and transportation services.
