Celulite is a fact of life, anyone can have it, no matter what size they are.

You can help the appearance, but don't use creams, they are only temporary. They work, but they are waste of your hard earned money! What the ingredients in those OTC creams do is stimulate the fat cells that are bunched between muscle fibers but the effect is only temporary.

Stimulation and maintaining a healthy weight is helpful lin diminshing the appearance, but I'm afraid you will always be stuck with it. I've got it too!

go to myhealthabcmall.com amd look up cell u loss, this stuff really works and is not a silly gimmick. I have gotten rid of about 80% of my cellulite with this stuff-its incredible. I hope to have got down to nothing at all in the next two to three months.

your BMI is 18 but what is your body fat percentage?

cellulite is nothing more than subcutaneous fat pushing up on the top layer of the dermis. if you want to get rid of cellulite you have to be around 18% body fat.
