Low fiber? You really want a HIGH fiber diet. Fiber is what will help lower your cholesterol.

Try the American Heart Association diet. It's on their website.

you might mean a low cholesterol high fiber diet. You want to eat foods high in soluble fiber. That helps lower the cholesterol natuarlly.

low cholesterol is easy. don't eat anything with a face, stick to plants and veggies

Any kind of fish would be ok. Baked potatoes are not high in fiber. Ensure drinks have lots of vitamins and protein, but check the fiber, not sure. Also just two weeks of a non "proper nutrition diet" will not really harm him.
