"Más vale pájaro en mano que ciento volando"

Litterally "Bird on (your) hand, don't leave (it) for one that is going to fly" (bolando should be volando)

this is like saying don't leave a good thing behind. or don't like dont give up something good for something worse, i dont know how to explain it. hhaha. sorry.
