I work at a bar and I have a crush on one of the bartenders. He is 35 and I'm 27 so not like we're kids here. He flirts with me all the time and always looks at me with those "I want you eyes". So I made it known that I like him in November. He just smiled and got red, then we hugged (like we always do) and called it a night after work, but never said yes or no. Sence then everytime we see each-other him and I both make little sexual/flirty comments and hug to say hello and goodbye. But this has been going on for 9 months now and it is driving me crazy. He is kind of a player and all we're really looking for is probably a one nighter, But I cant figure out what his deal is and why hasn't more happened? It obviously is wanted by both parties or so I think maybe I'm reading him wrong. How would you handle this or what would you do to take it to the level? or would you just move on and forget about him?

I HAVE BEEN WITH SOMEONE 14 YEARS AND WHEN WE FIRST GOT TOGETHER IT WAS THE SAME WE WOULD STARE AT EACHOTHER AND CATCH EACHOTHER LOOKING AT EACHOTHER BUT WITH HIM HE WAS SHY OR I WOULD SAY USED TO BE SHY,, HANG IN THERE OR JUST ASK HIM DIRECT WAZ UP??/
