yep they sure can..its not a women only thing. Go to your local GNC and ask them which suppliment brand is best. I did and I've lost 20lbs already
yes i did work out but the hoodia made me feel full so i did not eat as much..I am never hungry anymore. Africans have been using hoodia for years as a natural way to fight of hunger when there was no food.

While it's true that the majority of the people that buy hoodia diet pills are women, men can definitely take it!
All hoodia supplements do is suppress appetite so they have the potential to work for men and women! I say "potential" because not everyone responds to it.
If you are thinking about taking hoodia diet pills, it's imperative that you find those that contain 100% authentic hoodia gordonii. Stay away from those brands that have several ingredients. You want those products that contain ONLY hoodia gordonii.

It's worthless. Don't waste your money. You won't lose weight or any of the other claims it makes.
LOLOL----if anyone loses weight, it HAD to be from diet and exercise. Hoodia (and all over the counter diet pills) do NOT work. It's a fact.
