I have been dating my current boyfriend for about 3 weeks, things are fantastic and both of us have agreed that we care about each other deeply even though we haven't been together that long... We haven't said "I Love You"
Well seeing as Valentines Day is in 2 weeks, I dont have alot of money and Im not sure what to do or get him to seem "too attached" (I dont want to give him anything too "lovey dovey") but to at least let him know I really do care and I hope to be with him for a long time...

When me and my husband (boyfriend at the time) had our first valentines together, I got him this funny looking stuffed ape holding a heart, I think thats all I got. It's been 5 years and he still has it. It has alot of dust on it, but he won't let me get rid of it. Just keep it simple, tell him you bought a box of chocolates but you ate them on the way over. If you want to be real sexy, hide one in your bra, he can find it. HA

i'm additionally in a protracted distance courting with my boyfriend now very almost for 18 months so I comprehend this sense. i'm hoping this ideas help you and verify the source link for all different issues you're able to do. yet because of the fact that's totally almost Valentine's, you may plan forward and tell him which you will have a 'skype date' on valentine's day so which you would be able to practice a meal, cook dinner or takeouts, that's not proper as long as that factor will only approximately you adult men as while you're quite head to head on a date. or you may ask your self him, placed on a gown, fix your hair, bake him a cake, cupcakes, cookies with ''satisfied valentines day (his call)' on it. you additionally could make him a video of you greeting him, with a college of your photos, your message and all those candy stuff which you're feeling for him. or you may take photos or you with attractive messages on it and deliver it to him. Write him a poem or a track in case you may. All in all only make particular you be greater effective candy that day and don't start up any argument. Cheers! :)

The best thing to give a guy, given the situation you have described, is something that will definitely not be too 'lovey dovey' but will make him think of you each time he sees it or listen to it. Try to make it something useful or that he likes. A CD that somehow reminds him of yo,. a lighter; if he smokes or something along those lines.

Funny card with how you feel written inside, and food you made. Make some kind of candy or cookies with his favorite flavor. Then give him a "certificate" made on your computer ... offering a date night where you buy tickets to a guy movie ... tickets to a sports event ... buy him a beer at a sports bar and agree to be the perfect arm candy in whatever outfit he wants you in ... you get the idea.

I suggest you select an appropriate card to have ready to give him when he gives you your valentine goodies. If he fails to please you on your first valentines day together you may want to reconsider staying with him long term. This might be a good test of how he will handle special occasions. If he doesn't acknowledge valentines or make a real effort--cut your losses and find a real sweetheart. Have fun!

oh wow, i have the EXACT same problem, although, we aren't officially dating yet! I want to get him something that says "hey i care and i know you do to" but I dont want him to not get me anything and then feel like an idiot. AND, i also dont want whatever i get to be too mushy etc... My friends all suggest doing something fun to his room.. like wrapping it in foil and dumping candy hearts everywhere, which i think would be fun... but I dont know if that's going to big. Maybe you should just write him a cute note and give him some candy or something...
