Nose bleeds are often the result of common events, usually trauma, but nose bleeds can be a warning of other problems.

more info on below site. If worried contact NHS direct

well usually if it happens only once and stops by itself it does'nt actually mean anything .....

But if it keeps happening again and again it could be anything from a nasal polyp to a coagulation disorder .....

and stuff to do if u get a nose bleed .... lie down ... don't pick ... pinch ur nose .... keep ice ... go to a doc if it continues with a cotton ball up the nare

Doesn't mean anything. Nose bleeds happen all the time for no apparent reason.

High blood pressure could be a cause - you should have it checked just in case.

Recent colds can cause thinning of the nasal lining resulting in bleeding

Hope all is well

It can be a sign of high blood pressure. It can be because you have eaten too much salt - crisps etc. (The two are linked)

Well it can mean high blood pressure, so I'd get that checked, just to be sure, but with me, I have very thin membrane up there, so I can just be sat there and drip drip drip!
