Most people over the age of 30 have slightly yellow teeth. Coffee, tea and smoking will stain your teeth. Maybe you could subtly suggest a whitening rinse. They work with little effort and minimal cost.

Easily fixable with bleaching. Depends on whether or not they are a good person or not.
