Unless you have really complicated finances, all you will probably need is the Federal 1040 or 1040-EZ for and then whatever forms your particular state requires. You may also need a city form if you work in a city where taxes were deducted. Look on your W2 -- you will be able to find out there. The best place to get the forms are either at your local public library or your local branch of the post office.
